Quick facts
Renewal, cancellation and expiry
The subscription renews automatically on each billing date, unless you cancel it. You get an email when you subscribe with the date of the next billing, and a reminder about 3 days before each renewal.
Cancel anytime in the Tebex Payment History Portal, where you also manage your subscription and see your payments. A cancelled subscription is not renewed.
When your subscription ends, you lose access to all the resources of All Maps Access. To keep them, make sure the subscription is renewed.
If a renewal payment fails, we try to collect it up to three times and email you a reminder each time. If every attempt fails, the subscription ends and nothing else is charged.
